On behalf of the ACPA Standing Committee on Men & Masculinities, I would like to invite you and your students to participate in our upcoming webinar entitled Hands Up…Let’s Discuss – Redefining Black/Brown Men & Masculinities. Our webinar will be taking place on Monday, November 10 at 8 p.m. (EST). This panel discussion is led by the Standing Committee on Men & Masculinities Scholars-in-Residence Dr. Cameron Beatty & Criss Salinas (both at Iowa State) as well as Adrian Huerta (UCLA), and Jonathan McElderry (University of Missouri). Panelists will be discussing the implications for working with Black and Brown men in higher ed and sharing current best practices in promoting student success for these student populations.
