Coaching with Compassion

Inspiring Sustained, Desired Change

Featuring Richard Boyatzis

Announcing the July installment of ILA’s 2011 Leadership Perspectives webinar series
Monday, July 25, 2011 | 12:00 – 1:00 PM EDT
Registration is free for ILA members and only $24.95 for non-members

Great leaders move us to greatness and inspire us to be at our best and move beyond it. Although they talk of strategy and competition, great leaders establish a deep emotional connection with others called resonance. These resonant relationships are key to effective leader-follower relationships and engender experiences of mindfulness, hope, compassion, and playfulness which are essential to the renewal of the human organism at the neurological, hormonal, emotional, and behavioral levels.

Based on decades of research into emotional intelligence competencies and longitudinal studies in their development, Professor Richard Boyatzis will lead the audience through examples of how coaching with compassion is key to leadership development and more resonant relationships.

Four participants will win a copy of the book on which this webinar is based.
