A senior faculty member in the Center for Creative Leadership’s Organizational Leadership Practice, Chris has a special interest in translating research-based ideas into modules, tools, and applications. Chris is widely published in articles, book chapters, and the popular press.

  Donna Chrobot-Mason, Ph.D.

An associate professor in psychology at the University of Cincinnati and Director of the Center for Organizational Leadership, Donna’s work is focused on the intersection of diversity and leadership. Her research has been widely published in book chapters, peer-reviewed journals, and book chapters.
